We stand behind the machines we sell! If you ever have any problems with the items or your espresso machine, we request that you contact your distributor FIRST so they can go through their normal procedure and support their customers.

Conditions of Sale

If not otherwise specified, all equipment purchased, carries a one-year defective parts warranty from the date of invoice.

Warranty is void if a suitable water filtration system is not used. The maximum recommended water hardness is 80 PPM (8 French Degrees), proper filtration is required to be available at the time of installation; otherwise, warranty is voided. ​​

​Warranty takes effect on the date of invoice.

Client is responsible for regular maintenance.

It is also the responsibility of the client to inspect freight at the time of delivery for any damage and specify it on the delivery notes. Damage must be reported within 24 hours to RCW USA.

Shipping is FOB. All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

We strive to offer comprehensive support, but certain exceptions apply to this warranty:​

Normal wear-and-tear parts: Includes gaskets, filters, o-rings, grinder burrs, plastic hoppers, and other moving parts.

Damage caused by:

Accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect.

Lack of necessary maintenance/cleaning. (See "Installation Guide" in the warranty pack.)

Mishandling, shipping damage, or power surges.

Improper installation (refer to your machine’s manual or www.astoriausaparts.com).

Issues unrelated to the machine: Such as clogged drains or leaking water lines (these require local plumber or facilities manager services).

Shipping costs: For returning items to RCW USA for return, exchange, or service, as well as expedited shipping for parts.

This warranty does not cover these exceptions.

If shipping damage occurs, we will work with the purchaser to repair the damage or replace the item if deemed a total loss.
